Royal Family News: Will Prince William And Kate Leapfrog Prince Charles And Camilla’s Reign?

Prince William And Kate MiddletonBritish royal family news shows that if the monarchy is ready for change, Prince William and Kate Middleton are ready to step up to the plate and deliver some alterations.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge marked their 10th wedding anniversary in April and are parents to three beautiful children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

William is second in line to the throne after his father Prince Charles, and some royal experts and fans have made no bones about wanting William to leapfrog over his dad and right into the big boy seat.

Will that happen? There are signs on the horizon that the younger power couple are already prepping for their ultimate royal roles.

Royal Family News – William And Kate Are Prepping For The Future

According to the pair’s former private secretary, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, Prince William and Kate will make ideal figureheads as they bring a nice blend of talents to their positions.

He told People Royals, “They are bringing to the party different means of achieving the whole. He has the experience of knowing where the institution sits and seeing it evolve. The duchess brings this pragmatic awareness of what it’s like to be from a decent, down-to-earth family.”

Lowther-Pinkerton thinks they are more than ready to step up to the plate. “Thank God they’ve got each other and the training they’ve had. They have a solid bond through these last 10 years. If you had scoured the realm you couldn’t have a got a better pair, frankly.”

Royal Family News – William And Kate Have Plenty Of Fans

Other fans of the Cambridge’s have also sung their praises. True Royalty TV editor-in-chief Nick Bullen told Fox News that William and Kate will be down-to-earth leaders.

“Most celebrities crave the fame,” he said. “Most celebrities have worked to get fame, whether it’s with talent or, in the case of sometimes these reality stars, maybe lack of talent, but it’s there for the royals from day one. And it’s something you can never escape.”

Was that a swipe at Meghan Markle who clearly craves fame but ditched the monarchy in a bid to accrue more celebrity than the monarchy was willing to afford her?

Royal Family News – The Cambridge’s Will Make Good Leaders

Bullen added, “They are [one of] the most famous people in the world and they can’t escape it. I think they choose not to consider the celebrity world because they literally don’t see themselves as part of it. They haven’t sought fame… They’ve got a duty and they do the best that they can with their duty. And you know, we’ve seen when royalty and celebrity come together — it can sometimes not work.”

I think it would be better to skip over Charles and bring in the most popular, William & Kate. Charles and Camilla are not popular.

William and Kate would definitely make for a great replacement after the Queen. However the entire basis is succession, so unless Charles believes it would be in the best interests of his country and Commonwealth for him to step aside it won't happen. I would think if you are born and raised to be king you would probably want your turn. Harry was raised knowing William would be king and he seems to have a problem with that looking at the fuss he's been making. It's in their blood, just look at the family tree, they all want be rulers dictating what us commoners should be doing and expecting us to bow and curtsey.

This is not X-Factor or Big Brother. It's not based on popularity or votes. The order of succession to the throne is written in LAW as part of the Royal Constitution.

The polls show that the public would prefer William be their next king.

"some royal experts and fans have made no bones about wanting William to leapfrog over his dad and right into the big boy seat." —————— Absolute rubbish. Anyone with any knowledge of Royal Protocol knows that is it not a popularity contest or X-Factor vote-in. The Order of Succession to the Throne is written into the Constitution and is LAW. Charles will be the next King and Camilla will be Queen Consort. When Charles dies, William then gets his turn as King. That is how it is. Any discussion or debate is irrelevant.
