Royals news reveals Kate Middleton and Prince William will make a big announcement over the Christmas holiday. This was confirmed by a Kensington Palace briefing, authored by royal expert Omid Scobie. He also appeared on ABC’s Heirpod and teased next year will be a big one for the Duchess of Cambridge.

William and Kate will not be the only ones making announcements over the holiday season. There will be other news to share with the public as well. The royal expert explained that Christmas time is ideal for making announcements as it’s a quiet time of year. Plus, the timing goes along with the approaching new year.

New Initiative and Early Years Development

According to Express, the royal expert explained that Prince William will be addressing a new initiative. As for Kate, she will be focused on “her early years development.” He added that it is a project Middleton has been working on for a long time.

“Next year is a big one for Kate. She is going to be really focused on her early years’ development. That is something she has been involved in for a long time now.”

The holiday season is a busy one for members of the Royal family. Many of them are involved in helping others and volunteering their time. It was recently reported that Queen Elizabeth and her three heirs made Christmas pudding to support the armed forces. The sweet treat traditionally symbolizes good luck.
