Former Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson reportedly fight it out over something that might seem trivial given his current situation.
In fact, of all the things that bother the former Duke of York’s family, it seems rather a surprising topic. Read on for more details.
Addressing Rumors
On Monday night during his Daily News Headlines vlog on YouTube, royal commentator Neil Sean laid into mainstream media and their reporting of what goes on in the life of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
In fact, he dissed a lot of the stories that arrive like the one where allegedly he lives in a “moldy caravan.” Notably, he claimed it’s actually a staff member’s accommodation.
Then, he slammed reports that the brother of King Charles lives on takeouts. And he mocked the one about Sarah talking to the Queen via the pups.

Apparently those are misinterpretations of things Andrew. But then, he introduced a different topic: Sarah and the late Queen’s corgis.
The Queen’s Corgi Dogs
Sean reminded his followers that Sarah Ferguson originally took custody of the Queen’s corgis. However, it seems that allegedly, Sarah now wants the dogs back.
In a way, he bashed at Fergie by alluding to the fact that Andrew might have a “kinder heart” toward the animals. And that suggests she only sees “flashing dollar signs” and potential publicity.
Money To Be Made?
Sean said, “there is 100% money to be made in those dogs.” However, he was also quick to diss another rumor that Sarah Ferguson would like to clone them. Instead, he believes that a photoshoot with the dogs gives her a distraction.

Speaking from his own experience as a reporter, he claimed that dogs in an interview might “slow” the whole pace down. In other words, give the person time to structure their answers. He added, “I know all the tricks of how this game works.”
The Promise Excuse
While Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor seems attached to the pups, the suggestion is that Sarah might use an old excuse to get her hands on the dogs. And that would be her “promise that she made to the late queen,” about looking after them.
Notably, he doesn’t believe that she cares that much about the dogs. After all, Andrew seems okay to look after their welfare. Instead, he thinks it’s an idea by her PR team to stay visibly squeaky clean in the media. After all, folks stateside all love a happy doggie story.
Viewers React
In the comments section, those who follow the royal expert always love their chance to have their say. So, one follower opined, “Sarah Ferguson wants to use the dogs for more grifting – these people truly are despicable.”
Here are a few more responses from the discussion area:
- IMO-The dogs should go to Andrew. He will not try to monetize them.
- how is fergie supposed to take the corgis when she doesn’t even have a home? let alone continuity and a country house & acreage? you can’t take country dogs and stick them in the city with staff when you disappear to a spa for a month.
- Andrew should keep the dogs, for love and companionship, and they were his mother’s, not hers.
Moving In With Adrew?
One person raised an interesting point, writing, “Fergie is trying to secure a permanent home at Sandringham with Andrew.”
Interestingly, that’s an idea that’s been doing the rounds for a few weeks. If she gets back to Andrew, then the dogs come along with the deal. However, it’s likely she’d end up more isolated than ever, and that hardly fits with a PR trick.
