Missing Sarah Ferguson isn’t missing anymore and turned up at a posh Alpine resort in the Alps. Well, there were thoughts that the photos were a part of a split deal and perhaps the media were forewarned of her whereabouts by her. But now, she’s apparently turned down a chance to sit for a BBC Newsnight interview. Read on for more details.
The Interview That Andrew Rues
Remember, the platform was once described as a disaster for her ex, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Is she declining it out of loyalty? Or is she still thinking about money?
On the weekend, Neil Sean talked about new Sarah Ferguson developments on his Daily News Headlines vlog. During his chat, the royal expert reminded his followers that Fergie’s gotten a long history of chasing cash.
Chasing Cash
According to him, “the way that Fergie has decided once again to go down the merchandising route” shows what really drives her. He also brought up her old emails to Jeffrey Epstein where she asked for rent money, saying “clearly she didn’t have any rent to pay.”

Then, he focused on the BBC’s Newsnight again, suggesting, “they don’t have the money that Fergie needs to make that spin right.” He believes that if the BBC had a “cool million” to offer, the answer might have been different, but for now, she’s keeping her distance from mainstream investigative outlets.
Self Protection Or A Clever Move?
If it is a money motive, tied in with self-protection, then Sarah Ferguson might be making the right kind of decisions. Well, apart from the fact that former Prince Andrew wasn’t helped by his interview. Sean feels that Fergie might still talk to someone. But not on mainstream TV. Why? Well, with mainstream, she can’t control the final product.
The royal family expert explained that “an online platform gives you more control because obviously you can own the tape.” Plus, it doesn’t take a ton of folks getting involved, and the clips can be sold on for syndication.
Testing The Waters
“You see again how this works,” he added. He also said, “my surmise” is that she’s testing the water swith the recent photos. Basically, Sean angled his vlog toward Sarah Ferguson always being motivated by her need for funds.
While she might appear “noble” for turning down the BBC, the reality’s probably more practical. Clearly, he doesn’t take her claim that she doesn’t want the interview out of family loyalty, very seriously.
Viewers React
In the comments section of the vlog, one viewer wrote, “She can try living in her old age pension like thousands of people. Heat or Eat.”
Here are a few more responses from the dicusssion:
- Hides until money becomes a factor.
- ‘Rent’ is likely code for something else.
- I’m sorry I never cared for Sarah Ferguson myself and she wormed her way back on to royal property by playing the late Queen. Prince Phillip had her number and I did respect his love and loyalty to the late Queen Elizabeth.
- She’s wasted so much money…she wasted millions over millions since her wedding…
