Sarah Ferguson Will Judge Celebrities On Dancing With Horses

Sarah Ferguson Sarah Ferguson has a brand new job lined up–wait for it–as a judge of celebs who dance with horses. Yes, really. The new show is an upcoming Fox production called Dancing With Horses and Sarah will judge the famous and not so famous celebrities as they dance away with a horse partner. She has already filmed the pilot for the exciting new show in which the humans devise and carry out complicated dance routines with their equine friends.

Dancing With Horses Has Snagged Sarah Ferguson As A Judge

Prince Andrew’s ex-wife is actually a good choice to judge the show’s participants as she is an enthusiastic equestrian. In case you’re not sure about her qualifications to judge others, former ITV network commissioner and Dances with Horses producer Claudia Rosencrantz has said Sarah was “wonderful” to work with.

The producer has a ton of experience in the reality arena having worked on I’m A Celeb and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? She told Deadline that the concept for the equine show has been her dream of for nearly a decade.

‘It’s been eight years in my head trying to get those horses dancing,” she said. “It’s literally the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.”

I wonder if they’re light on their feet?

Dancing With Horses Is just Like Dancing With The Stars

The producer notes that Dancing with Horses is just like Dancing With The Stars, “but your partner is a horse and it is an absolutely, exquisite, complicated, wonderful show.”

The show required access to highly trained horses from Britain and France, and the producer said working with them complicated but worth it, saying that now she can, “die happy.” So long as none of the horses were harmed in the making of Dancing with Horses, of course.

Sadly, the coronavirus pandemic has interrupted the talks about the show being commissioned. But it reportedly has the support of Fox reality exec Rob Wade and Claudia believes it will be green-lighted eventually.

Sarah has been on the small screen before, in the sitcom Friends and the British sitcom The Vicar of Dibley.

The Divorced Duke And Duchess Have Remained Friends And Still Live Together

Sarah was present at the recent wedding of her daughter Princess Beatrice, who earlier this month married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in a tiny and private ceremony due to restrictions of the ongoing pandemic. The wedding was initially due to take place on May 29, but instead, she had an intimate ceremony in front of 20 loved ones.
