In fact, there are still a lot of people out there who believe that the Princess of Wales didn’t have cancer at all. That’s because she seemed to complete her chemotherapy sessions with ease. Or at least, that’s how it looks from the outside in. 

In fact, many people have noticed that the future queen of England was lucky enough that she didn’t lose her hair in the process and that her appearance looks exactly the same before and after her cancer treatment.

That’s why there’s also been heavy speculation suggesting that the cancer was just a decoy and that the real problem for Kate Middleton is her marriage to Prince William.

It’s been said that she’s been wanting to pull the plug on her marriage for a very long time now but is just waiting for the right time to happen.

If that weren’t enough, a lot of people also can’t help but wonder why Kate Middleton has decided to do less royal engagements and public appearances despite the supposed fact that she is feeling much better than she did this time last year. Clearly, something just isn’t adding up and of couse, everyone wants to know why.

But then again, it’s not like the Princess of Wales did a lot of royal work before her supposed cancer. Her and her husband Prince William were often named the ‘laziest’ royals just because they did the least amount of work compared to other members of their family.
