Sure, she might have always been known as the villain of the royal family, but Queen Camilla has certainly come a long way from those days. In fact, it seems like she’s been enjoying her popularity now with the public and even some members of the royal family more than ever before.
There’s One Person In The Royal Family Who Still Likes Queen Camilla
There’s also one person that has always been on Queen Camilla’s side. It’s her sister-in-law, Princess Anne. That’s because she admires her for her resilience and everything that she has gone through over the years.
To put it simply, if Queen Camilla, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle were all in the same room together, there’s no doubt that Princess Anne would make a beeline for Queen Camilla while ignoring the other two.
Not only that, but Anne and Camill also have quite the history as they shared a lot of secrets together when Camilla was married to Andrew Parker Bowles, who also happened to be Anne’s boyfriend back in the day.
One source close to the situation even put it this way, “This was an unusual moment for both women, and I think it showed their mutual respect. Camilla and Anne have known each other for a very long time.”
Queen Camilla And Princess Anne Have Quite The Bond
“You have to remember that Camilla was married to Andrew Parker Bowles, who was once a boyfriend of the princess. They share a lot of history and probably a lot of secrets.”
The insider added, “It may have been quite tricky for both of them to adjust to the new situation with Camilla becoming the senior royal and, indeed, taking on the role of Anne’s beloved mother.”
