According to Page Six, Thomas Markle thinks that both he and King Charles are in the same boat and that’s only because both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been keeping their children away from them.

While King Charles has only seen little Archie and Lilibet a handful of times, Thomas Markle is yet to meet his grandchildren at all. And of course, he now wants to do something about it.

In a new interview with the Daily Mail, Thomas put it this way, “I would love to speak to him because I am sure he has as many unanswered questions as I do.”

He also thinks that time is running out for him as he’s got health issues and as the world already knows, King Charles is dealing with his cancer battle.

Royal Family News: What’s Next For Thomas Markle?

Thomas said, “Neither of us deserves the treatment we’ve received. He is going through cancer treatment, and I’m not in the best health.”

The 79-year-old also said that he feels deep empathy for the King of England who he thinks must be going through the same pain as he is over the fact that they have very little or no access to their grandchildren.

He said, “I have so many questions I’d like to ask Meghan and Harry. The main one being, why have they treated not only me but the royal family and the king so badly?”

“They have two grandpas who want to see them, one of whom is the king of England. I never in my 80 years thought I’d be in the same boat as the king.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the criticism that she’s received from her father.
