Just when you’ve thought you’ve heard all of the royal rules and protocol the royal family must abide by at all times, we’ve got another one for you. There’s a new report that says there’s a good reason why Prince Harry is never pictured alone with his 5-year-old nephew, Prince George.
It’s always been reported that Prince Harry is a natural when it comes to kids and he shares a very special bond with his nephews and nieces. But if there is one thing that fans and royal observers have never seen, it’s Harry in action with Prince William’s three children.
Apparently, there’s a good reason for it, too. The royal family is very careful with what they want the public to see and what they don’t want the public to see.
Prince Harry And Prince George Never Photographed Together Due To Image
Royal writers Kaitlin Menza and Lisa Ryan, of the podcast Royally Obsessed, explain there’s a reason why Harry was never allowed to be with George alone, and it all has to do with image.
“We’ve never once seen Prince Harry interacting with Prince George, they’ve never been photographed together. [This] is not because of tension with a five-year-old, I think it was on purpose because Harry was single,” Ryan told Britain’s The Daily Mirror. “They didn’t want him like ‘poor old spinster Harry playing with a baby on the grass.’ We never see that.”
This Royal Protocol Is Set To Change In The Immediate Future
Surely, that is about to change, considering the fact that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are about to welcome their first child together. As a matter of fact, many royal fans are hoping to see all of the royal kids together in future photo ops.
The Prince of Wales, President of WWF UK, accompanied by The Duke of Cambridge and The Duke of Sussex, will attend the Global Premiere of @NetflixUK’s ‘Our Planet’ on Thursday 4th April.

It was recently reported that Meghan has just started her maternity leave. While the palace has not confirmed her due date, the Duchess of Sussex herself said that she is due the last week of April.
