Will King Charles Allow Meghan Markle To Keep Archie And Lilibet In Divorce Battle?

Because there are so many reports suggesting that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting ready to pull the plug on their marriage, a lot of people can’t help but wonder what will happen to the couple’s children, Archie and Lilibet, when they divorce.

Their situation is certainly a complicated one as there’s a very good chance that Prince Harry will go back to the UK to be with the royal family rather than stay close by to Meghan in California. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Will King Charles Allow Meghan Markle To Keep Archie And Lilibet In Divorce Battle?

Who has custody of the Sussex kids if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle divorce? That’s what everyone seems to want to know. Because young Archie is in the line of succession, a lot of people would think that King Charles would want both Archie and Lilibet back in the UK, especially since they are members of the monarchy. But that won’t be easy. Stripping Archie and Lilibet would seem like a very cruel thing to do.

Of course, there’s always the possibility that Meghan might move to the UK along with Prince Harry. But it’s highly unlikely that she would, given how unpopular she is in the UK right now.

There’s more of a chance that Meghan would want to keep her children in California and raise them as far away as possible from the royal family, even if that means she would be separating them from their own father.

What’s Next For Harry and Meghan?

Then again, another solution would be to just allow Meghan to have joint custody of the kids and to make sure that they get to see their father Harry just as much as they get to see their mother.

The kids would have to split their time between both California and the UK. While it might sound difficult with a lot of transatlantic travel involved, it’s not impossible.

So far Harry and Meghan have not made any comments about any of the divorce rumors, so here’s hoping that they’ll be able to do what’s best for their marriage, their family, and of course, their children.

Since these children are of royal birth and close in the line of succession they need to be raised in the UK. After all, as they grow older and need to fulfill royal responsibilities they will need to understand those responsibilities and what is expected to fulfill them. They won’t learn that in California.

I was told that she used a surrogate for his children. The reason being colour of their skin . If that is the case , she has no right to the children. Perhaps they should be returned to their true parents.

Well, Charles didn’t learn the responsebilities, of the royals, he stepped out on Diana, plus Diana was allowed to keep her children, if Harry wants to see his children, he can come to California, he can make it to Africa he can make it to California. Why give them to the royals now it’s not gonna change their skin color. Send a tutor to teach them their royal duties

Those kids might be in line but they will never be because they have too many people ahead of them

Ordinarily, I would say that children are better off with their mother. But, ordinarily, Buckingham Palace isn’t involved, and, ordinarily, the mother isn’t a money-hungry manipulator who very likely had children to further her own status. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have the ability to love them. But when she played with power like she did, she should have looked at the situation from all angles first. She did not. I would feel sorry for her if they took her children from her. On the other hand, I feel sorry for her children because their mother is a so manipulative and selfish. I also don’t think it’s fair that her children aren’t able to know the royal side of their family, and vice versa. There is so much they could learn from them. If it’s at all possible, they should be able to experience the best of both worlds.

Meghan gave away her daughter and I think she would want them to bring her money. I personally think it would be better for the RF to have them

Well Archie is British and Lilibet is American
I wonder if They got her British Citizenship
I think their citizenship would be a deciding factor
      In Custody.

Since the children are of Royal bloodline and are in line for King or Queen sometime down the road, they should only be raised in the UK. There is so much for them to learn regarding that. Also, their cousins and aunts and uncles and grandparents are all there. They have no one in Cali. They and their father should return to their homeland. The mother should be the one to visit if they separate or divorce. The children shouldn’t be flying back and forth. It would be too hard on them and also interrupt their studies, not to mention their safety.

How does the royal know this? They don’t talk to Harry or Meghan. I don’t want to see any children go through this. Harry and Meghan both went through their parents divorce.

Harry’s children must be treated the same as any other person’s children as he gave up his rights to royal privileges. That said I don’t like either parent so harry had better suck it up if meme gets awarded custody and live in America so as to be near his children if America will have him .
