Yikes! Someone Spying On Meghan and Prince Harry? Whoever Could it Be?

Someone has been spying on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry at their temporary home in the Hollywood Hills. Of course, fans who have followed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their history together have a good idea of who those spies happen to be.

Recently, Meghan and Harry have reported multiple occasions where their property’s air space was invaded by drones. Now, Royal fans know that these are not drones flown by the neighbor’s kids. These drones flew close by Meghan and Harry’s house and hovered with cameras. That can mean only one thing … paparazzi.

Many feel the level of scrutiny endured by Prince Harry and Meghan in recent weeks is simply insane. However, an invasion of Meghan and Harry’s privacy by the paparazzi actually isn’t the worst of it. Both Harry and Meghan have endured death threats and more from loser racists both in the United States of America and in Great Britain. Therefore, any intrusion onto Prince Harry and Meghan’s property by unknown people, whether physically or through technology is considered a security risk.

Now, Prince Harry and Meghan are protected by California state privacy laws, which state that paparazzi are legally prohibited from physically trespassing on private property. In fact, HR.org states that these sleazy “journalists” are also forbidden from “using telephoto lenses to survey the private property, or pursuing targets in cars.”

Trampling Meghan and Harry’s backyard and using telephoto lenses aren’t the only thing paparazzi are forbidden from doing, however. They also cannot use drones to surveille Harry and Meghan according to the law. This too is considered an invasion of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s privacy.

Still, Harry and Meghan have little in the way of recourse if the police do not catch the paparazzi in the act.

The question for Prince Harry and Meghan then becomes, if they cannot truly turn to the police … what are their options? Some may recall that there were reports that Prince Charles planned to foot at least a portion of the bill for Meghan and Harry’s security needs. However, there are now suggestions made by those close to Harry and Meghan that these previous reports were false.

Now, according to these same sources, Harry and Meghan will pay out of pocket to cover the cost of any security arrangements they choose to procure. Of course, many fans of Harry and Meghan wonder how the two will pay for the immense cost of constant security without help. As most know by now, Harry doesn’t have a job or other source of income at the moment. Meghan hasn’t returned to acting in any real capacity at this point either and her net worth previous to marrying Harry was only reported at $5 Million.

What are Harry and Meghan’s options then? Well, some believe that despite what friends have reportedly said when asked, Meghan will indeed go back to her former career. Harry will have to find a way to get a green card and may try to use his previous experience with charities as a way to begin work with American non-profits. The truth is, there are a number of options of which Harry and Meghan could take advantage.

The sad part, many royal fans will agree, is that Meghan and Harry cannot simply enjoy a normal day with their son without having the media hound them. Those media outlets that encourage such behavior ought to be ashamed and if their employees are caught hounding Meghan, Harry, or their little family … the media organization, the employer, and not the employee … ought to pay the legal price.
