90 Day Fiancé: Kim Gives Usman A Major Ultimatum

The unlikely relationship between 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days stars Kim Menzies and Usman ‘Sojaboy’ Umar is looking shaky indeed. In a teaser for Sunday’s episode, Kim issues an ultimatum to her Nigerian rapper boyfriend, threatening to start dating again as soon as she is home.

The tensions between Kim Menzies, 50, and Usman Umar, 32, are growing in a teaser clip from Sunday’s episode. In the clip, they can be seen discussing the warm weather. Talking of the heat, Usman tells her if, for any reason, she comes to Nigeria and happens to be in his state, she should expect more than this. Kim’s response is sardonic, as she says, “If I’m coming to Nigeria now.”

Usman looks shocked, so she explains why she is having a change of heart. “This whole… just coming here and not knowing about the sex thing … I had no idea that you were not gonna kiss me. I had no idea!”

The San Diego native says she thinks it was kind of selfish, to be honest, adding, “That’s how I feel.”

A couple of episodes ago, Usman explained to Kim why he didn’t want to get intimate with her. He noted that it isn’t permitted in Nigerian culture until the couple is in a relationship. The TLC reality stars have been spending time together in Tanzania, where Usman was shooting a music video for his single “Zara.”

“So, do you think it’s right for me to kiss you and to have sex with you when we are not in relationship?” Usman said, adding, “How does that look like?”

While Kim hears Usman out, she warned him that she wasn’t going to just wait around for him, while he tries to decide what he wants from her. She threatens the Nigerian rapper, saying if they leave Tanzania and they aren’t yet in a relationship, she is done. She added, “I’m dead serious, I’m done. I’ll start dating at home.”

Meanwhile, the TLC reality star says she refuses to return home to the US without having any answers about where they stand. For this reason, she is already planning to move on with her life.

Usman listens to her concerns, but in a confessional, he opened up about his own concerns. He does admit that Kim is one of his best friends and that he does have feelings for her. Usman admitted that if all of a sudden, she is out of his life, he would be sad. The rapper ended, saying, “I don’t want that.”
