90 Day Fiancé: Mike Eloshway Arrest & Court Update

The debut season of 90 Day Fiancé brought us the couple, Mike Eloshway and Aziza Mazhidova. They bonded over a language learning website and started a relationship despite the fact that he was a decade older than her.

Things seemed to work out, and she eventually arrived in the United States through a K1-Visa. However, in late June this year, TLC fans found out about Mike’s arrest for alleged possession of CSAM content. An update on what occurred next has now surfaced.

TLC fans felt that the nature of the allegation, much the same as those that landed Josh Duggsr in prison was alarming. After all Aziza and Mike raise a daughter named Olivia Joan.

The initial arrest news revealed that the Cleveland resident downloaded a lot of child p-rn videos in the past year. Additionally, one of them involved a very young child. Naturally, fans of the TLC franchise hoped that Aziza would take the child and get away from him.  

90 Day Fiancé fans sometimes question the way TLC vets their cast members. In hindsight, some folks on social media claim that they could feel something was off with him. After all, Aziza looked so young, that she could have passed as a young teen. So far, there’s nothing to indicate that anything untoward happened to Aziz’as daughter, but suspicion always lurks with this kind of thing. This week, an update arrived as the case against Mike progressed.

The update came from Starcasm, and they pointed out that on the day Mike was arrested, he posted bond. However, he’s under house arrest. According to the outlet, he’s been “given a list of restrictions that included home detention, restricted contact with minors, and restricted internet access.” There seem to be few details on where Aziza might be with their child. Actually, not being near kids probably includes his own child. 

The 90 Day Fiancé star was charged with “two felony counts of child p0rn possession,” according to Starcasm. The outlet wasn’t able to provide much more information on the evidence that the feds have. But, they noted some of the court proceedings gave some clues. Like Josh Duggar, he allegedly owned a computer and downloaded CSAM content on it. 

Distributing Sensitive Content

The 90 Day Fiancé alum was also charged with distributing the content that he was able to obtain. Josh didn’t do that as far as we know, and he landed himself a heavy sentence of just over 12 years. Of course, folks can expect Mike’s case to take a long time to actually get to court. However, when it comes along, we will be sure to update you further.
