So, fans don’t really know from the outset that people who look good will turn out that way. Unlike Geoffrey, Patrick probably won’t be jailed for getting busted, but it has affected his career.

On his Instagram, fans often see photos and clips of Patrick working at his weightlifting. Well, Starcasm reported this week that he cheated during competitions. In fact, Asa Hawks reported that he was busted for doping more than once. In the report, the news arrived that his first ban for doping came back in 2012. However, he clearly didn’t learn his lesson.

The 90 Day Fiance star changed from the USA team to the Brazilian one. So, he next appeared at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto. Placed 4th, he was unfortunately busted after testing positive for using testosterone. Clearly, he learned nothing from his first two-year ban.

It’s not clear that this time next year, Patrick Mendez will attempt to compete again at such a professional level. Actually, he already tried competing for two different nationalities, so some teams might feel very reluctant to take him on.
