90 Day Fiancé Star Nikki Exotika Unwell After More Surgery

Nikki Exotika, known for the House of Xtravaganza, also appeared on TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé alongside her ex, Justin. Unfortunately, the transgender star who wants to be a real-life Barbie underwent more plastic surgery and is extremely unwell. Read on for more details.

More Surgery After Pleading Poverty

Nikki spent more than a million dollars on surgery to transform herself from a man into an exotic woman. But fans might have thought more surgeries were on hold, as back in January, she claimed she was broke. That came after TLC fans heard that Justin returned to Moldova after a second shot at a romance ended in failure.

It’s only been eight months or so since the 90 Day Fiancé star asked for donations from her followers. At the time, she said, “I’m struggling to even make ends meet every month…especially after helping someone financially for about 2 years.” Well, it seems that she can still afford more surgeries.

Complications In Hospital 

This week, @johnyates327tv and @90dayfianceupdate jointly shared an Instagram post that showed Nikki lying in a hospital bed. She was attached to various tubes, wires, and machinery. Nevertheless, she still managed to keep her long talon-like trademark nails intact.

In the text overlay, it said:

Update: Nicole had a very complicated surgery today and had excessive bleeding. She’s in recovery now but very weak, she refused a blood transfusion prior to surgery. They are monitoring her overnight at the hospital .. I’ll be taking care of her, I’ll be giving more updates on her progress as time passes.

It’s not clear who is looking after Nikki Exotika, but plenty of 90 Day Fiancé fans slammed her for undergoing more surgeries. And some of them wondered why she’d refuse a blood transfusion. One of them wrote, “Oh scary, praying for her! I wonder why she refused the blood transfusion though.”
