TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-Before The 90 Days” star Geoffrey Paschel is trying to make the best of a bad situation. Reportedly, he is trying to handle pre-court stress by being spiritual!

Geoffrey has a court date stemming from an arrest in June 2019. The wheels of the court system sometimes take very long to start rolling, and he’ll appear in court on October 6.

He is answering to charges from an ex-girlfriend who accused him of some pretty bad things. The charges include domestic assault, vandalism, aggravated kidnapping, and interfering with emergency calls. Now that his court date has been announced, he’s trying to be spiritual. He posted a series of shots on Instagram and commented about “spiritual orbs” that follow him around. Many people believe in guardian angels, perhaps these “orbs” are a new-age version.

It’s plain to see that a very creative photographer has taken the shots from just the right angle so that in some shots, it looks like Geoffrey is holding the sun in his hand. All of these photos have him standing on a large rock at a lake. However, Geoffrey wrote he is not referring to the sun – he is referring to some little light blue dots in the photos. In one shot, one appears to be on his arm. As far as if they are really some type of spiritual being, well, whatever floats your boat! If he is comforted by them, that’s all that counts!

As far as the charges, Geoffrey feels he will be fully exonerated. The charges by the ex-girlfriend and the charges by an ex-wife appear to be presented in the same court. An ex-wife had accused him of raping and beating her, and usually, like charges from two different people don’t bode well. It sets up a pattern of abuse in the eyes of the prosecuting attorney. Geoffrey claims innocence in all of the charges.

It didn’t help his image in his fans’ eyes when these charges came to light, as well as that he had lied to Varya Malina, his Russian fiancée. Every once in a while, even though he tried to hide it, his temper would flare in the show. This raised some serious red flags, and because of the accusations, he wasn’t invited to the Tell-All special. Varya kept her distance from Paschel out of support for him.

Many fans perceived something bad about Geoffrey from the start. He really didn’t out and out lie to Varya about his drug-related criminal past, he just didn’t bring it up. But a lie of omission is still a lie! It didn’t sit well with her when she found out, considering that she had lost a family member because of drugs. She wanted some time to think over his marriage proposal.

He was also involved in a custody battle with his fourth ex-wife Brittany before the accusations in 2019. The battle was over their abilities to co-parent their children. In 2004 his second ex accused him of assault and in 2013 he was in the midst of his third divorce and she filed an order of protection against him. With all this against him, he’ll need more than spiritual orbs, he’ll need a miracle!
