Additionally, Ami’s mom, who was estranged from her daughter, passed away as well. And, they never had a chance to reconcile. Next, the wildfire fire burned out the ranch in Washington.

Nature and animals seem to embrace her. Now, she talked about how nature can really help to make bad days better. Not everyone owns a dog or has a wilderness nearby, but there are other ways to find comfort.

Recently, Bird Brown took to her Instagram and shared a stunning photo of the forest. In her caption, she spoke about how often we focus on the hard things in life. She said, “we forget how truly beautiful the world really is, the trees the mountains, [and] the fields.” And, she didn’t leave out those who live in the cities. The Discovery star noted, “even the city’s the sunsets and sunrises [can be beautiful].”
The Alaskan Bush People star continued and talked about people making the time e to find some beauty. As she noted, even people can be beautiful. So, she offered some advice, saying, “open your hearts and be grateful for our glorious days, even if they don’t feel beautiful today, one day they will.” Actually, she pointed out that one day, the beauty that you find now, might “be a beautiful memory.”

The advice might be easy for the Alaskan Bush People star as she so often sees nature with all its beauty. However, it’s a reminder to people that our ancestors lived in nature. These days, a lot of people think they deserve to be happy. But, finding happiness involves actively hunting down the good times. Taking a few seconds to look for beauty seems very important for mental health.
How many people actually look up when they are in the cities? Are you focused on the sidewalks, the shops, and the streets? Just raising your eyes upward could reveal a special sight to treasure. It could be a plant, a bird, or a beautiful cloud. Rain advised that we file that away so one day, we can bring out the memory to help us deal with the hard things.
