Are Charges Against 90 Day Fiance Star Yve Mohamed’s Plan C?

90 Day Fiance star Yve Arellano was charged with battery and assault against Mohamed Abdelhamed on August 15. At the time, all eyes were on the cheating scandal. Well, now that the news arrived that detailed the alleged crime, fans and influencers wonder if it was all part of Mohamed’s plan C to stay in the USA.

When TLC fans heard that Mohamed had been texting Andrea who lived in Minnesota, it confirmed to them that he used Yve to get a green card. Actually, the two people dissed Yve really hard, and fans were irate as he also didn’t really care about her son Tharan. Recall, he has special needs and a lot of dedication from his mom. Additionally, the texts clearly revealed that he just wanted to get in, get married, and then ditch Yve. 

Naturally, the 90 Day Fiance star was unhappy and when she addressed it on Instagram, she noted that he had an affair with a “married” woman. Whether they actually engaged in any sort of intimacy isn’t known. However, the texts were seen as evidence of a cheating scandal, as far as TLC fans were concerned. Mind you, so many red flags came with Mohamed, that critics have little sympathy for Yve. But now that she faces assault charges, some theories arise on social media..

 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – The Allegations Are Fake – Yve’s Rep

InTouch Weekly reported some facts about the case. According to the outlet, Mohamed claimed that she was drunk and he was afraid. Allegedly, she “placed both of her hands on each side of his face and said, ‘Can you feel that?” The police report also claimed that he “said she was drunk and he was afraid she was going to hit him when she did this.” So, he took his things and left. 

A rep for the 90 Day Fiance star said to the outlet, “The domestic abuse allegations have been falsified by Mohamed. Mohamed and the woman he has been cheating on Yve with have discussed his options from the very beginning.”

When Instagrammer Merry Pants posted about the story by InTouch, they posed an interesting question. The caption said, “Plan C is in full effect. Abused immigrants get to stay in the country and get free legal help etc.”

90 Day Fiance fans know that getting hooked up with Yve was probably Plan A. Then, finding an alternative woman to Yve without a challenged child was probably Plan C. So, if she is guilty of assaulting, him then it makes sense to think the charges might be Plan C.

Another one noted, “I hope she can prove he used her to get his green card. That’s just sad.” 

However, another person opined, “it won’t matter. He is now entitled to free legal assistance because he is claiming he was abused.”
