Good Witch Star Flies From Hallmark To GAC Family TV For When Hope Calls!

Hallmark Channel News – A ‘Good Witch’ Star Joins ‘When Hope Calls’

Just in time for season 2 of “When Hope Calls,” Kyana Teresa will become a member of GAC Family TV, per Heavy. And the actress seems happy about her new role, turning to Instagram to share the news. Kyana shared two photos on Instagram, explaining the background in her caption.

“Casually hanging out in Brookfield / surprise connecting & falling in love with the one and only @jacklyncollier 😍💖🌸,” wrote the new “When Hope Calls” actress.

And her hash tags definitely revealed her excitement and enthusiasm about her new acting opportunity with the GAC Family and “When Hope Calls,” as she added, ” #WhenHopeCalls #WHCS2 #gactv #GACfamily #Onset #makingmovies #behindthescenes.”

The photo featuring Teresa and Jacklyn Collier reflects the latter’s former Hallmark hosting position for the “Bubbly Sesh” podcast.

Although that podcast got cancelled, the pictures seem to have gotten taken when Jacklyn explored the “When Hope Calls” set.

In addition to her role as Zoey in “Good Witch,” the new “When Hope Calls” star has accumulated credits including “Love’s Match,” “Cooking Up Love,” “The Wedding Planners,” “Rising Suns,” “Utopia Falls,” “Double Holiday,” “The Christmas Temp,” “Star Trek: Discovery,” and “Matchmaker Mysteries.”

Hallmark Channel News – Who Else Stars In ‘When Hope Calls’ Season 2?

Joining the cast of “When Hope Calls” season 2 means Kyana Teresa will have the opportunity to co-star with Lori Loughlin and Daniel Lissing.

In addition, although “When Hope Calls” moved from the Hallmark Channel to GAC Family TV, Brian Bird continue as executive producer.

That continuity may result from the fact that former Hallmark Channel CEO Bill Abbott launched the GAC Family network.

As for what role Loughlin will play, look for Lori to portray Abigail. Lori will star in the first and second premiere episodes of “When Hope Calls,” along with Daniel Lissing. Discussing his role, Lissing revealed his enthusiasm. “I’m excited to be invited to participate in the season 2 premiere of When Hope Calls,” said the actor. And he gave a shout-out to Lori Loughlin.

“I’m also very much looking forward to meeting the When Hope Calls team and to be working with my friend Lori again,” noted Daniel.

Entitled “When Hope Calls: A Country Christmas,” the premiere airs on Saturday, December 18, on GAC Family.

Mark your calendar to view part one of the premiere on Saturday, December 18, at 8 p.m. Eastern/Pacific.

And then look for part two to continue following the first part on Saturday, December 18, at 9 p.m. Eastern/Pacific.

As for who else will return, Morgan Kohan will once again portray Lillian Walsh.
