Grey’s Anatomy season 16, episode 3 spoilers reveal there will be a Charmed reunion. The episode is titled “Reunited.” A press release gives information on what to expect. Fans should expect to see two sisters that have to make a difficult decision about a third sibling, who is brain-dead.

For those that watched Charmed, expect to see a reunion on Grey’s Anatomy. Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs will appear. The actresses are not the only familiar detail from Charmed, though. Two writers from the show, Krista Vernoff and Andy Reaser, are now executive producers on Grey’s Anatomy.

Tom Koracick (Greg Germann) makes things hard for Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd). Also, a woman falls into a construction site. Her injuries are severe and is considered brain-dead. This leaves her two sisters having to make the most difficult decision of their lives.

In a sneak peek of Thursday’s episode, Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs say to each other, “we’re sisters.” At the hospital due to their sister falling at a construction site, they have some hard choices ahead of them. Not only are they dealing with that, but the sisters want to know the circumstances that led up to the tragic fall.

Do not expect to see Rose McGowan or Shannen Doherty, who also had lead roles on Charmed.

The Charmed actresses are appearing in Grey’s Anatomy as part of ABC’s Cast From the Past. It is an entire week filled with episodes that reunite cast members of hit TV shows from the past.
