The Blacklist spoilers reveals that fans of the notoriously twisty turner thriller drama series can now get a look ahead for the next episode. The show’s Season 8, Episode 17 is titled Ivan Stepanov and airs on Friday, May 14, 2021.
Spoilers reveal that Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) is concerned about Elizabeth Keen’s (Megan Boone) well-being. In addition to Spader and Boone, the cast includes Diego Klattenhoff as Donald Ressler, Amir Arison as Aram Mojtabai, Hisham Tawfiq as Dembe Zuma, and Harry Lennix as Harold Cooper.

To be more specific, the plot of the episode titled Ivan Stepanov shows that Red faces a desperate situation as he attempts to help an old friend no matter what the cost. Meanwhile, Liz must conduct an interrogation that proves to be tricky.
The drama series follows Raymond Reddington as he confronts a very dangerous enemy, Elizabeth Keen. Liz has an alliance with her mother who is a famous Russian spy. As the show journeys along Liz gas to determine why Reddington entered her life and what his real agenda is. Along the way she must decide how much risk is worth uncovering the truth.

In the episode titled Nicholas Obenrader, Liz and the Task Force tracked down new leads in their investigation of N-13. At the same time, Red continued to try and infiltrate Townsend’s criminal organization.
The Blacklist has renewed for a ninth season three episodes into season eight which premiered on November 13, 2020.
The breakout hit reached 39 million total viewers for Season 7 according to the network, making a renewal a no-brainer. In addition, Season 7 was the number two broadcast drama among adults in key demographic groups. On January 29 the show finally disclosed the name of the person at the top of Raymond Reddington’s blacklist.
