The Witcher: See Liam Hemsworth Become Geralt Of Rivia In “First Look” Clip Season 4

Since we’re used to seeing Henry Cavill playing the role of Geralt of Rivia in Netflix’s “The Witcher” there’s no doubt that he will be missed in the subsequent seasons of the series to come. I mean, who plays Geralt more than Cavill? No one does it better.

However, you never can tell just how well Cavill’s replacement Liam Hemsworth would play the role of Geralt. I mean, besides the sexy macho voice of Cavill which sweeps us off our feet every time we hear him speak, I think Hemsworth is good to go.

Last year, Cavill confirmed that his run with The Witcher series will come to an end after featuring in its season 3. That same year, it was The Witcher revealed that Hemsworth will be his replacement.

Since the revelation, fans haven’t stopped wondering how it would be watching Hemsworth do that which Cavill does best. Well, this first-look trailer of Hemsworth as Geralt might either ease your mind or keep you on your toes.

Recently, Stryder HD, a YouTube content creator uploaded a clip that allows fans to have an insight of what Hemsworth walking in the shoes of The Witcher might look like—on YouTube.

The clip which Stryder HD captioned “First look” uses DeepFake technology, placing Liam Hemsworth’s likeness over footage of Henry Cavill.

The clip started with Dandelion telling Geralt (Hemsworth) “You must have some review for me, three words or less” and Geralt replied in that deep baritone of his “They don’t exist.”

When Dandelion asked “words, don’t exist?” Stryder made the two Geralt appear in both sides of the screen and differentiated the two by writing on Cavil’s Geralt “ORIGINAL” and Hemsworth’s Geralt “DEEPFAKE.”

They both voiced “The creature in your soul” as a response to Dandelion’s question. Again, Dandelion asked, “and how would you know?” The next scene showed Queen Calanthe telling Geralt “You’re a Witcher. It was a known monster with every fang and claw. Are you afraid too?”

The “DEEPFAKE” replied, “I’ve seen mothers slash themselves raw over the death of a child,” again, Stryder showed the two Geralts saying “Destiny helps people believe there’s an order to this whole shit…there isn’t.” Continuing with just the “DEEPFAKE” Geralt said, “But a promise made must be honored.”

After seeing this clip, there’s only one question left and that is, will Hemsworth’s Geralt give us that same feeling as Cavill’s Geralt does? We can only wait and see.
