TLC ’90 Day Fiance’ Spoilers: Lisa Denies Suicide Threats, Anger Triggered Usman Umar’s Shocking Claim

TLC 90 Day Fiancé spoilers previously claimed that Lisa Hamme threatened suicide early in her relationship with Usman Umar. The Nigerian entertainer made the shocking claim during Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast. However, a rep for Hamme claims that there were never any suicide threats. It was also teased that “Sojaboy” made the claim when he was angry with her.

On the podcast, Umar was asked about the speculation he is just using Hamme to get a green card. That is when the conversation took an interesting turn. He claimed that the 52-year-old American woman kept insisting she loved him. If he didn’t say it back, then she would kill herself. He couldn’t be responsible for that, so he gave Hamme what she wanted. To hear the words, “I love you.”

Sojaboy Forced Into Relationship?

90 Day Fiance spoilers also reveal that Umar was reportedly forced into the relationship. He didn’t think it would go this far and certainly didn’t expect her to ever come to Nigeria. As reported by In Touch, Umar told Yee on the podcast,,

“It is better I tolerate her problems, all the headache that she’s giving me than for me to say I don’t love her and then she go and kill herself. It’s better that I tolerate that then she live life than for me to say, ‘I don’t love you’ and for her to go and kill herself because of me.”

In Touch reports that a rep for Hamme has come forward to dispute the suicide claims. According to the rep, Hamme never threatened suicide.

So, why would Umar say such a thing? The reality star thinks Umar said those things out of anger. At the time, he was angry with Hamme, as well as the whole world.

Shaky Romance Doomed?

90 Day Fiance spoilers suggest that this already shaky romance is definitely doomed. It sounds like Umar initially agreed to do the show, but after meeting Hamme, his patience is running out.

It was already obvious that Umar didn’t really want to marry Hamme when he introduced her to his mother. He wouldn’t even say he wanted to marry her. He told his family that this American woman wanted to marry him and take him to the United States. He also stretched the truth and said Hamme was a doctor.
