What is acceptable here could have harsh consequences over there. There is also the concern that Jordan is not a safe country for a young woman to be, especially if she is an extroverted American.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way fans watched as the 27-year-old got off the airplane. Yazan had flowers for Brittany, but that is where the sweetness ended.

The two almost immediately got into an argument. Brittany hugged the TLC filming crew as they put a mic on her. That was a major issue for Yazan. He also noticed that his rapping lover had alcohol in her bag. He immediately started yelling and cursing at Brittany, as well as TLC producers. Speaking to ET Online, the 90 Day Fiance star explained,

“… I did, like, grow up for the most part in Palm Beach but I am from 79th street in Chicago, so not much scares me. He’s usually very calm and very sweet and very understanding so I was like, ‘You must need a nap or something.'”

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Cultural Differences And Jordan’s Reality

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star realizes that they have completely different backgrounds. There are also cultural issues, which will be featured as the season progresses. Brittany explained that they are learning to compromise. With that being said, Yazan and Brittany are learning what they can tolerate, and what is unacceptable. The one thing that the American refuses to do is convert to Islam.

As for life in Jordan, Brittany said it’s not like what she recalls seeing on the news.

“I like the people, I like the culture. I like the different things it has to offer, the natural beauty of it, the deserts and all that stuff. When I went I was like, ‘Wow, this is so different than what you would expect hearing on the news or something like that.’ They try to make it seem so bad and dirty and stuff but it’s not.”
