What is Known About the Zorro Reboot

According to Deadline, the title of the reboot is simply Zorro. Alfredo Barrios, Jr. is writing and executive producing the series. Previously, he penned Magnum P.I. and Burn Notice.

As for a description of the reimagined story, it will center around Z, a female descendant of the warrior. It is stated that she will take extreme measures in order to protect those in her community that are unable to protect themselves.

The TV show is currently being developed at NBC. No additional details have been released.
