The Young And The Restless: Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor),.Summer Newman (Hunter King) CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates for the week of August 24-28, tease that viewers will be in for an exciting week on the CBS soap, as the show continues on with all-new episodes. First off, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be in crisis as his traumatic childhood memories start to return. As Y&R viewers will remember, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) told Adam that he killed the father of his childhood friend when he was a boy, and Adam will struggle as those memories start to return.

Well, starting on Monday, August 24, Adam will pay Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) a surprise visit after some of his memories come back. It will be a dramatic scene as Adam recounts what he remembers to Sharon, but then he rushes out of Sharon’s place and goes missing in action. Sharon will be worried about Adam, and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will be as well.

#1 Sharon Newman Trails Adam Newman To The Kansas Farm

According to Y&R spoilers, Chelsea will assume that Adam went back to Las Vegas where he feels safe. But Sharon will suspect that Adam headed to the Kansas farm, which is ground zero for Adam’s traumatic memories. Sharon will enlist the help of Victor in going after Adam, and Chelsea will soon find out that Sharon has trailed Adam to Kansas.

That will lead Chelsea to Kanas as well, and Y&R spoilers say that Chelsea will be shocked once she arrives in Kansas. It looks like Chelsea will walk into an explosive scene, but what will it be? Other Y&R spoilers say that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will spend some time together during the week of August 24-28. Devon will inquire about Amanda’s burgeoning relationship with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), but could there be a spark between Devon and Amanda, too?

#2 Devon Hamilton & Amanda Sinclair Broach An Uncomfortable Topic

As Devon and Amanda talk, the topic of Hilary Hamilton will come up as well, which should lead to a few awkward moments between the two. Still, it seems that Amanda and Devon will keep things professional for now, as they forge a working relationship. Y&R spoilers say that Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will reach out to Amanda as well during the week of August 24-28, and the two ladies will find some common ground.

In other matters, a big crisis will bring Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) together, as their daughter ends up getting stung by a bee and having a severe allergic reaction. Thankfully, everything will turn out ok, but the incident will spur a conversation between Victoria and Billy that, for once, doesn’t lead to an argument. Victoria will indicate that she’s over her anger and resentment of the past, and she and Billy will have a new understanding.

#3 Lily Winters Issues A Challenge To Billy Abbott

Speaking of Billy, he’ll get a professional challenge during the week of August 24-28. As Y&R viewers know, Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) co-run Chancellor Communications, so Lily will likely have some sort of mandate for Billy. Billy and Lily have very different working styles, so this could be a challenge for Billy. Meanwhile, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will start some new chapter – will she start a new book, or perhaps end up taking that position she was offered at Chancellor Communications?

Across town at the Grand Phoenix, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will help Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) put her latest plan in motion. As Y&R viewers know, Phyllis is planning a new venture – an “Escape Club” for women, which she plans to tailor for each customer. It looks like Phyllis will start with planning an escape for some of the Genoa City ladies she knows. Since Phyllis will celebrate a victory later in the week, it seems that her venture will be a success!

#4 Summer Newman Drops A Bomb On Kyle Abbott

Summer Newman (Hunter King) will make a surprising decision during the week of August 24-28 as well, which should have something to do with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). As they’re sitting in Chancellor Park, Summer will drop some sort of bomb on Kyle that will surprise him big-time. Could Summer be putting the brakes on their relationship? Or maybe Summer will have a professional change to make – she could want to branch out and work independently of Kyle.

Speaking of Kyle, he and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will share a charged moment, which could have something to do with their divorce being finalized. Kyle recently mentioned that this would be happening soon, so that could be an emotional moment for him and Lola for sure. Lola will go on to test Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) during the week of August 24-28, so she might want to make sure that he’s serious about their future. We’ll see what that brings.

#5 Victor Newman Issues A Warning To Nick Newman

Finally, Victor will give Nick a warning about something. As Y&R viewers know, Nick has been grumping around about Adam and Victoria recently, so Victor might give Nick a big talk about loyalty. Ever since Victoria sold off some Newman Enterprises assets last week, Victor’s been feeling like he needs to keep his allies close, so that could be what this is all about.

It looks like we’re in for a great week! Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check Celebrating The Soaps often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates, and news.

I am sick to death with Phyllis and her antics. I don’t find her sexy in the least and I sure don’t find her funny. The way she flirts is stupid and not at all cute. I would love to know how if Abby is still partner in the Pheonix how she can move ahead with things without looking Abby in. I believe she owes Abby a ton of money so this storyline isn’t at all believable ! As far as those bones Phyllis bought on line and planted at Abby’s hotel site that’s crap they would be able to tell in a NY minute how old they are and where they are from. Y&R back to their old ridiculous storylines, if they aren’t smarter in their storylines and writing they are going to lose a lot of viewers for sure..we’ve been without real new stories I am betting people aren’t jonesing for more of the same old crap they will tune out!

What a waste of an episode, yes I’m talking about today’s childish drivel of Phyllis’s ladies evening!! Sticking Nikki in a hotel room with a piano, the writers must have forgotten the billionaires wife will have a better acoustic room and better piano to play in private or to family and friends.

High tea? it’s just tea and cake when served in the evening. The other ladies experiences didn’t get any better. I have had friends put on better ladies evenings in their own ordinary homes! Did an 8 year old write this?

Bombshell!!! My aunt Fanny! There’s nothing newsworthy about Summer asking Kyle to move in, how many times have we watched these two do their boring move in, get engaged, get married routine. How old are the late 20s, we will probably get to suffer this boring couple until this soap is done, which won’t take long if these stories don’t improve. Off air for how many weeks and all the writers can come up with is a silly hotel ladies night and Kyle and Summer redo romance again!!! When I think people are struggling to get work and paid professional writers give us this unimaginative garbage. At this rate the show could get someone off welfare who could do better.
