Is Daniel Romalotti Coming Back To The Young And The Restless

Is it time to bring Daniel Romalotti back on The Young and the Restless?  Recently, Michael Graziadei who played Daniel met up with his former Y&R co-stars; Christel Khalil (Lily Winters) and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton). They got a chance to spend some time with Graziadei and his twins.

In August 2022, Graziadei and his girlfriend, Lauren welcomed their first bundles of joy, twins; Oliver Bear and Arlo Wilde. At the time of their birth he shared, “On Wednesday August 25th these two little monsters were brought into this world with the strength of my queen @lmcla and the skill and care of our incredible doctor and her team.

Since their delivery it has been a rollercoaster with both boys having to stay in the NICU. Huge shoutout to all the NICU parents out there and to all the doctors and nurses that care for these babies to ensure they all go home happy and healthy. Without their vigilance, support, and love, this would be unbearable and impossible. So without further adieu… making their first Instagram appearance… I submit for your approval, Oliver Bear and Arlo Wilde #proudpapa.”

Khalil shared some photographs of their reunion which carried the hashtag “bringdanielback”. We couldn’t help but wonder if it is time for his return.

In 2004, he was cast as Daniel Romalotti, Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) son on Y&R. In 2013 he left the soap opera for a career in primetime television. In August 2016, Graziadei reprised his portrayal of Daniel Romalotti on The Young and the Restless for a limited run, in celebration of the soap’s 11,000th episode. Graziadei was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a drama series in both 2005 and 2006.

Since leaving the show he has landed recurring roles and several primetime series. He has been on Magnum P.I., Good Girls Revolt, Lucifer, The Rookie, All Rise, The Magicians, True Detective, 9-1-1 and more. His most recent gig is that of Jeff Golantz on The Lincoln Lawyer.
