In the latest installment of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis escaped prison time. She took to court for her hearing during the week of August 7th to August 11th. During the scene, Phyllis begged the judge for forgiveness.

Tears streamed down her face as she explained her sins. Phyllis was willing to sacrifice herself for her kids Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei). She was even willing to go to jail for them, even though they want nothing to do with her.

During the hearing, Phyllis also claimed that Jeremy Stark threatened her kids. Surprisingly, the judge dropped all the charges. Phyllis only has to do community service. She was free to go home and back to her life in Genoa City.

However, it cost Phyllis her relationship with her kids. They don’t want their mom back in their lives because of all the trouble it cost them.

Summer’s marriage to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) ended because of it. Y&R fans are wondering whether Jeremy really threatened her kids.
