Living with Adam has certainly put a strain on her relationship with Nick but at the same time, it appears as though Adam is falling in love with the beautiful brunette.

Mark Grossman, who plays Adam on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “As far as Adam is concerned, having Chelsea move-in was the right decision for Connor because of his issues. Of course, there’s all this unresolved stuff between Adam and Chelsea, and he’s really hoping that the time that he and Chelsea are spending together will remind her of what they shared.”

But then again, Chelsea is keeping her distance. She knows what kind of person Adam is and the kind of history they have together. That’s why she wants both of them to be as honest as possible and especially with Connor.

Should something go bad or if they end up in the exact same place they were before, Connor is going to suffer the most. And that’s not what Chelsea wants. That’s why she will be working hard to engage Adam and trying to figure out if this is real this time or if there’s something on his agenda.
