The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will find himself in a tough spot with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in the coming weeks.
Victor warned Adam that he would fire him if he couldn’t find a way to get along with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and stop trying to manipulate a way to steal Newman Media from Newman Enterprises.
Typical Adam refuses to take no for an answer. He wants what he wants when he wants it. His behavior creates tension until it reaches a boiling point.
Victor will have no other choice but to fire his defiant son. That’s when Adam gets a bright idea and asks Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to launch a new company with him.

Victor warned Adam. He told his son he must play nicely and get along with his brother and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). He didn’t want to have to have this chat again with him.
If his name came back up as a problem, he would turn his back on him and fire him from Adustus, which is now named SNA Media.
Adam told Nick and Sharon he wanted to create a positive work environment. He was growing tired of creating chaos. However, they learn he is still plotting to steal Newman Media from Newman Enterprises.
When Victor learns of Adam’s shady move, he fires him. He tells his son he gave him another chance, but he won’t offer him more companies on a silver platter.
Now, Adam must find his own way and create his own company if he wants to run a media company. His time with Newman-owned companies is over for good.
Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Makes Phyllis Summers An Offer
After Victor fires Adam, the disgraced businessman remains determined to prove himself. He creates his own media company and is SNA Media and Newman Media’s direct competition. But he needs help to get the business off the ground.
Adam offers Phyllis a job. He needs her to help him with the website and IT part of the company. He gives her a lucrative deal that is too good for her to pass on. She agrees but admits she is still struggling to trust Adam and his true motives.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam vows to take back Newman Media and destroy SNA Media. He has an axe to grind and will make Victor and Nick pay for crossing him.

Put Adam and Phyllis together. They are just alike. If one goes down so will the other. Build that company and get him and her away from Sharon and Nick. Let Sharon and Nick own this company together without them a without Victor to. Adam just like Victoria and Victor wants to take everyone down and own all companies. Do not let Victor join SNA. Just Nick and Sharon. And throw Sally in with Adam and Phyllis. Then you can be free of all the drama. Built a great company for Nick and Sharon. to run. Be better than Newman, I know Nick can do this if he just gets his head in the game and help Sharon. I am sure she is counting on you Nick. Be the person you use to be instead of the person you have become. Sally is using you to get ahead. You can not trust her she is up to her old tricks again. Time for you to wake-up Nick and see the person Sally really is and what she is after. Glad Chloe has seen the light, and sees the real Sally. Am counting on you Nick to be their for Sharon like she has always been their for you. Time for you to see the light.
Time for Nick and Adam to get along and create a stronger company. Nick needs to stop going along with the Newmans against Adam. It’s getting old. We all know Victoria is the little princess. It’s getting old how Victor constantly takes away things from Adam and the whole family goes along with it.

Judy I mostly agree with everything you say so I don’t have to say all that. 🙂 I do disagree with you about Sally. I like Sally. She’s grown a lot and isn’t the same girl she was in B&B. I like her with Nick. Don’t want to see Nick and Sharon back together anymore but. I used to but not now. Too much water under that bridge. Will be fun watching Adam go down in flames once again. He never learns. He should just leave town for awhile and get away from all the people he feels have done him wrong.
