The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Adoption Plans Back, Mariah Not Onboard

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) have been talking about adoption and establishing a family for what seems like an eternity, and every time it seems like it’s getting closer to becoming a reality, something comes up and throws their plans off track.

Tessa is happy that they would be meeting with a pregnant mother after Christmas and has informed Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), while Mariah does not appear to be thrilled. She doesn’t want to notify anyone and raise their hopes for whatever reason (like Sharon is doing).

These two appear to be dealing with a lot of emotions, and their marriage may be in risk. There could be a reason why this adoption has taken so long and they keep having problems. Perhaps there is something deeper going on and there are difficulties they are not resolving.

Tessa appears to be really delighted and excited, therefore it’s strange that Mariah is outraged at the news. Of course, Sharon might go around telling everyone, and then nothing would happen… again. Could their marriage be on the rocks?

Y&R Spoilers – What’s Mariah Copeland’s Deal?

It feels like Mariah just doesn’t ever know what she wants. She wants one thing one minute, then changes her mind, then gets mad that she didn’t get what she wanted. It’s an odd back and forth and I understand not wanting to get people’s hopes up, but wouldn’t you want to tell your mother?

It’s not even like Tessa said they were for sure getting a baby, just that they were meeting with someone… Unless Mariah knows something that Tessa doesn’t and that the mother has already backed out. Either way, it seems like Mariah is getting annoyed over nothing and the look she gave in the preview for this week was anything but joyful.

Another big question that people may be wondering is: Are Tessa and Mariah even ready for a baby? It seems like every baby storyline we’ve had in recent memory has been a disaster, and even the situation with Harrison was crazy. Good luck, ladies. You’re going to need it.
