The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) wasn’t about to let her father’s death, the manner in which she learned how he died, and who killed him, go without response. Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz), who doesn’t even know those details, is disturbed by Alyssa’s sudden appearance at the Grand Phoenix and the question she asked him.
Alyssa played the journalist card, using that status as her opening to tell Chance that she was investigating a Las Vegas, Nevada, related missing person’s report. DiDomenico’s character referenced her connection to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and also asked Chance about his knowledge of the undefined situation.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Abby Newman’s Fears Coming True
Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) was unsettled by a text message Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) sent to Chance. She accidentally saw the digital request, which asked her boyfriend to make contact with Paul as soon as possible. Abby’s belief was a foreshadowing of danger.
Paul wants Chance to become a detective at the Genoa City Police Department, which is appealing. Abby was turned off by that offer, as it would put the man she’s come to care deeply about in danger on a daily basis. However, Alyssa’s later arrival proved to be an immediate problem.
Y&R Spoilers – Paul Williams’ Return Needed
It would be nice if Y&R included Davidson’s legacy character in the show more often. He’s been on recurring status since the later part of the last decade. So, it would be fitting and respectful to write the show’s second longest-tenured actor, trailing only Kate Linder (Esther Valentine), into GC in person, rather than just as a name reference.
Paul is capable of helping Chance deal with what most likely will be a very challenging personal and professional crisis. Chance never reported that Adam killed a man in Vegas, which was a clear crime.
But it’s possible that there is some wiggle room for both Chance and Adam because the deceased man put both men’s lives in danger, with Grossman’s character reacting in self-defense to save himself.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott Already Has A Whiff
Vickie Newman (Amelia Heinle) gave Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) what she believes is a sure thing. Dishing dirt about Adam’s childhood Kansas horror appears to have been the entree that will be followed by a Vegas main course, served on a silver platter by Alyssa.

Billy would like nothing more than to sink Adam and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) with a scandalous media reveal. But the Newman’s and Chance are skilled and resilient. So, time will tell if Alyssa’s investigation brings anyone down.

I'm surprised at Billy trying to get the goods on Alyssa's visit concerning what happened in Vegas. Doesn't she know that Chance, Adam and Victor are too swift for the small town reporter.
gotta say I am so over this Adam killing at age 11. Sharon can't help him he won't let her, he's behaving like a petulant child talking to hear the sound of his own voice but not listening. That friend of his Alyssa needs to go she's not credible as a reporter .she has a grudge against Adam ..her father was a lying murdering low life what was threatening Adam's mother. What are they going to do to Adam ..he was a child protecting his mom ..now the real criminal as usual was Victor and George. I really don't like how the writers are ruining Victoria ..she is a woman with a lot of rage wanting revenge. There is no going back now tossing 11 yr old Adam to the wolves all to get back at her father. I'm so over this horrendous writing!
How did Victoria get so ruthless. It isn’t becoming. Adam was just a kid protecting his mom. And now she wants to bring down her father too. What makes her think she deserves to dump her father. She goes from one extreme to the other. She used to be whining all the time. Show her to be smart enough to do it on her own. The world doesn’t owe her a living! She lost respect!
