This story is not going to end in a predictable way. We have to wonder if all the lies and secrets are not to hurt Amanda, but to protect her. Perhaps that is the real reason why the twins were given up in the first place. Could it be possible that

Amanda might still be in danger, which is why Naya is working so hard to “warn” her? Maybe Sutton isn’t the real bad guy here, maybe he’s the unlikely hero.
