The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, June 21 reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be fed up with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Summer Newman (Hunter King) goes after Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). Plus, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will need to make a business decision.

Y&R spoilers for Monday reveal that Billy will still be thinking about Victoria and Ashland’s relationship. We already saw how Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) reacted when Billy was concerned about Victor’s new relationship. Lily straight-up asked why it mattered to him and why he was so worried about it. She understood that he will always care about the mother of his children. However, Billy seems a bit too involved and nosy about Victoria’s love life.

On Monday, Billy will confront Victoria and demand answers about Ashland.

On Monday, Victoria will make her feelings extremely clear to Billy. He’s moved on with Lily and now she has moved on. She doesn’t think that her friendships or relationships are any of his business. She basically sets some firm boundaries with Billy. However, will he respect those boundaries? Plus, is he really concerned about the children or is this jealousy? After all, Victoria and Ashland are not serious yet and he hasn’t even met the kids.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday reveal that Summer will have heard all about the job in Milian. She received a phone call offering her the lucrative position of creative director. Even though Summer was going to turn it down, she seems to be changing her mind. Once she saw and heard Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) talking to Harrison Locke (Keller Enriquez), Summer was devastated. She realizes that a decision has to be made. As much as she loves Kyle, she can’t bring herself to be the cause of Kyle’s heartbreak if Tara makes good on her threat. She will confront Tara and lash out at her.

As seen on Friday’s episode, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) was taking a nap on the couch. Then, there is a shadow of a person looming over her.
