It was bad enough when Victoria made a play for Nate. But the kiss they shared could have been linked to the drinks they shared in Newman Media’s office after hours.

However, a feasible impulse mistake, made by both people, was followed by another kissing session. Nate then attempted to tell Victoria he was committed to Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy).

So, feeling that she has kept her father at bay, Victoria believes she will suffer no consequences, even if her connection to Nate is exposed.

Nate meant it when he told Victoria he could not have a relationship with her. He was also telling Elena she had nothing to worry about and he was committed to her.

Victoria has a powerful and increasing influence over Nate. They have known each other for a long time and became connected when Nate was working with Victoria, who was exploring a hostile stock takeover of Chancellor-Winters.

Dominic’s character was honest when telling Victoria he was drawn to her. That pull proved overwhelming, as Audra and Nick learned.

Audra wants Nate for herself and is not shy about it. But two women stand in her way.

The realized romance with Victoria should push Elena out of the picture. Audra’s path to Nate might hinge on Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) ability to locate his former protege, JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), who would distract Victoria, assuming he returns to town for the podcast interview.
