The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Billy Abbott And Lily Winters Take Their Relationship To The Next Level
While it sure has been a long time coming for them, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Lily (Christel Khalil) are about to add a personal touch to what is supposed to be a business-only relationship. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that at the Grand Phoenix, Billy is approached by Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), who shamelessly tries to network with him. After she leaves, Billy and Lilly discuss relationships and can’t help but feel a deep connection between them. While they’ve known each other for a very long time, they’ve certainly never felt the kind of spark they are feeling right now.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, The Young and the Restless Head Executive Producer Josh Griffith put it this way, “They jumped into a professional relationship headfirst and have spent a great deal of time together, managing the challenges and fighting off their adversaries. As partners and friends, they trust each other implicitly. They also share an intimate history, so they are more than aware of their chemistry.”

However, Billy, being the risk-taker that he is, decides that he is willing for them to mix business with pleasure. And while Lily proceeds with caution, it doesn’t take very long for the two of them to find one another in each other’s arms and of course, making love in bed.

Even though Billy and Lily have different takeaways after their night together, it will be interesting to see what steps they take next. If there’s anything that we’ve learned over the years, it’s that Billy’s love life has a less than stellar record, right? No surprise here but I sure wish Lily would think twice. How many times have we heard him swear he has changed when really he hasn't changed at all. If romance is what she wants from Billy, she's barking up the wrong tree.
No. Lily should not get mixed up with Billy. He doesn't want a serious relationship. He's just in it for sex. She will live to regret it.
No! And she's supposed to be intelligent, so why would she do this. It's not like she doesn't know Billy's history! He's a history of screwing up and despite his acknowledgement of this fact he wallows in it rather than try to make positive steps to try to fix it. And then there is his history with Victoria, Lilly shouldn't touch him, he'd be worse for her than Came. It's not like she has a pattern with an abusive Father, Neill was a good father, she should know better.
