The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Billy Headed For Freedom – Evidence Points To Alyssa

The Young And The Restless: Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) The Young and the Restless spoilers document that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) foolish harassment of Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) results in him being arrested. Billy’s upcoming time in prison will also be dramatic, as he’ll experience visions of the past and potential future.

Y&R fans, along with connected law enforcement, don’t believe Billy (Jason Thompson) is guilty. But he sure looks like a criminal. So, a serious development will occur that eventually clears his name.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Alyssa Montalvo Totally Connected

Alyssa (Maria DiDomenico) has become a very suspicious character. As viewers recall, she was working with Billy, as their mutual loathing of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) drove a desire to expose his years of being a public menace.

A slide down a rabbit hole didn’t follow, as Alyssa uncovered incredible information. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) appeared to be the man who was responsible for her father’s death a number of decades ago. But that initial conclusion transformed into Adam being the eleven-year-old boy who accidentally killed A.J. Montalvo (Marcus DeAnda) in defense of his mother during a debt confrontation on the farm in Kansas.

Y&R Spoilers – Who Is Telling The Truth?

Assuming that Billy is telling the truth and that he didn’t suffer a blackout period, as he did in the recent past, then Thompson’s character is innocent. Yet it’s fair to wonder if Alyssa is telling the full truth about eye-witnessing him at the scene of the crime?

Alyssa could have seen Billy while she was standing on top of a building. That would have been just before she took aim at Adam from across the street of the rooftop he was on. Then, she fired the gun and unintentionally hit Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz).

Alternatively, Alyssa could have been tracking more clues and actually happened to see Billy. His admission about following Adam on that day and seeing Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) exiting the building, where Adam was having his wife held, does place him in a bad spot.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Reveal Before Or After Conviction Is Key

While the evidence smells fishy, Billy could certainly be found guilty of second degree homicide and then sentenced to jail. He’s pushing for a court case, while proclaiming innocence, which heightens the tension.

So, unless new evidence is provided soon, Billy will become a longterm inmate. It would be most soapy to see him behind bars through Christmas, unless the real shooter is caught, or admits her (or his) guilt.
