The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will bump heads while they work together on their new job at Chancellor. Lily and Billy both took the job offer at Chancellor that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) offer them not realizing that they would have to work together.

After something and talking with people close to them, they decided to work together. However, with each holding their own ideas, will they be able to work together or will they continue to bump heads.

Y&R Spoilers- Billy and Lily forced to work together

When Jill first offered Billy the job at Chancellor, he was hesitant to accept it at first, and it seemed like he might turn down the offer. However, he approached Jill again about the offer and decided to take it, but as he was telling Jill about his ideas, she dropped her own bombshell on him. This was that he would not be working alone but would be working alongside Lily.

This was a surprise to Lily, who had just shown up as Jill was announcing the news to Billy. The two of them were hesitant at the idea of running the media division together at first. However, after talking about the position and what it entails with people they trusted, they decided to accept the position and to work together as equal partners.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers- Billy and Lily bump heads

Spoilers say that the two will began to get along and will grow closer to each other. They may even start to share things about themselves with each other as well. However, they still hold different values and opinions on how to approach the way they run the media division of the Chancellor.

Billy feels like the company should be run in a free and loose style, while Lily feels like they should be running things a little more structured. Putting these two together may make for a great balance if they can overcome the obstacles and come to an agreement. However, if they can not come up with a way to balance their ideas or come to an agreed-upon way to run the media division, then they may continue to bump heads with one another.
