This week, Billy confronts Victoria and wants to know about her new relationship. He claims that Ashland and Victoria are both public figures and people are curious. However, Victoria bites back and suggests that Billy is the one who is curious. Then, she sets firm boundaries with her ex. He wasn’t concerned about her personal life until she moved on.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Billy will ignore Victoria’s boundaries. He will go up to Ashland and have a little chat with him. He gives Ashland a warning, which is probably more like a veiled threat. Even though Victoria is a grown woman, it seems as if everyone is questioning Ashland about his intentions.

Victoria isn’t going into this blind. She’s not interested in protecting Ashland’s legacy, either. She wants control of the company and thinks this is the perfect way to get Locke Communications since she lost out on Cyaxares (now renamed Newman Media). Victoria is playing Ashland just as much as he’s playing her.

As for Billy’s reasons for his behavior, he can go ahead and tell himself this is all about protecting the mother of his children. However, he is spending too much time and energy worrying about Victoria. Could he be jealous that she is finally moving on? This happens a lot… exes have a way of not caring until you move on with someone new. Then, all of a sudden they are “so concerned.” We will have to wait and see how Lily reacts to this latest development.
