Sarpy joined the cast in 2019. Elena came into the story while caring for her uncle, Jett Slade (Gilbert Glenn Brown).
Anna Hamilton (Loren Lott), who is Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) sister, was involved in that storyline and is Jett’s daughter. Anna and Devon’s mother is Yolanda Hamilton (Debbi Morgan).
Elena’s presence in Devon’s life came as he was still grieving the loss of Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) and their unborn child. They formed a romantic bond that appeared strong but proved not to be.

New Hope clinic was a heartwarming setting. It represented Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) efforts to help GC’s less fortunate.
Devon’s financial strength was generously offered to back Nick’s successful endeavor, which included the establishment of a health clinic that serves those who are living in the New Hope housing units. Elena and Nate’s volunteer efforts at the clinic were genuine and also served as the basis of their romantic spark.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Elena was bothered by the late Hilary’s identical twin (Amanda Sinclair, Morgan) sister’s arrival. Devon was also thunderstruck. Eventually, Elena’s vulnerability played into her connection with Nate, who disrespected Devon’s relationship with her.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Brytni Sarpy’s Presence Is Valued
Sarpy’s talent allowed a new character to become a main player on the show. Hopefully, Elena’s current feelings do not mean she is being written out of GC.
Nate may not be the man Elena thought him to be. Meanwhile, Amanda’s need to care for her mother leaves Devon alone.
So, the opportunity for Elena and Devon to reconnect is plausible on Y&R. That is just one of the ways TPTB can keep Elena in town. Sarpy is a solid cast member whose presence is valued by all who appreciate daytime drama.

I wish Brittany all the very best. I enjoyed many of her stories, she made her character feel realistic and relatable to this generation with her struggles and her reasoning. I hope she will go on to do bigger roles and better productions more fitting of her talents.
There seems nothing genuine about Nicks relationship with Sally. She run the daughter he supposedly adores out out town and despite that and the fact she’s another woman his brother has had sex with he still wants to screw her, Nicks just coming across as sleazy and will jump on anything who will drop her panties to keep her job. Not a nice or interesting story. Why waste time on this sleazy trash when there are so many more interesting and entertaining stories that could be written that would make Nick look like a decent man instead of a slimy predator who would have sex with a woman who schemed against his own child.
