The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Chance Recognizes Danger – Alyssa Won’t Stop

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) is deeply concerned about the legal jeopardy he may be in. But he’s also upset by Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) impulsive actions because they’re putting both men’s futures at risk.

Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) is enraged that the person she thought was her best friend wronged her. Adam’s choice to use Alyssa to obtain information about the death of her father appeared to reveal Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) as a killer. In fact, Adam caused A.J. Montalvo’s (Marcus DeAnda) death, which could have been ruled an accident if it hadn’t been covered up.

Adam’s recent recovery of his childhood memories has turned this storyline on its head, with Alyssa also involving herself in another death that Grossman’s character was responsible for. That incident was witnessed by Chance.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Duty To Report The Truth

Sure, Adam might be able to shield Chance from being implicated in the death of the man that was killed in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the latter part of the 2010s. But Chance’s sense of loyalty, in knowing that Adam saved his life when killing that man in an act of self-defense, implies that he won’t let Grossman’s character take the fall alone.

Chance has recently been self-employed. His one-person, private security business allows him to make a living, but he’s found it to be rather dull. These duties aren’t similar to when he worked for the authorities and was undercover, pursuing a suspect in Nevada. That’s the man who attempted to kill him and was eliminated by Adam, who’s said he lunged at him.

Boaz’s character had a sworn duty to report that death but didn’t. Chance and Adam’s handling of that matter left the issue open, with trouble existing ever since.

Y&R Spoilers – Unnecessary Risk To Be Taken?

Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) questioned Chance’s desire to accept Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) offer to become an investigator for the Genoa City Police Department. If Chance accepts that position he’ll again represent law enforcement.

As Abby said, how can Chance even consider Paul’s offer in knowing what happened in Vegas? The point was blown off due to the belief that the issue would remain closed.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Alyssa Montalvo Isn’t Concerned For Her Safety

Alyssa is a fierce reporter. But she’s seemingly not taking precautions to protect herself in pursuing the Vegas story.

Knowing that Adam killed her father and appears, along with Victor, to be immune from consequences, has provoked Alyssa into mission status. She’s bent on using whatever happened in Vegas as a proxy for applying justice she and her family never achieved.

Whoever the widow is of the man who was killed in Vegas stands as a wild card. Whether Alyssa is already working with her, or will, is one of the important issues that Chance and Adam need to learn.
