The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chaos Ensues As Devon Pushes Cane For Answers!

Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) doesn’t appreciate Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) attitude on ‘The Young and the Restless’. The seeming change in Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will wasn’t something Cane initiated, which Devon doesn’t believe.

Now, with Jill Abbott Atkinson (Jess Walton) flying to see her estranged husband, Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers), on a private island in Maldives, viewers are about to learn what his assumed involvement in the potential will hoax is.

Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) was present when Cane received Jill’s call. While Cane opposed it, Chance will soon be joining ‘Jillin’ on the exotic island.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tristan Rogers’ Returned Welcomed

Colin was last seen in 2017. Jill’s recent return to Genoa City, Wisconsin, included comments about the seemingly non-existent relationship she has with her husband, if that term can be used for him.

Rogers is returning to the cast after being absent for two years. The beloved daytime actor, who’s most famous role is Robert Scorpio on ‘General Hospital’, first appeared on Y&R in 2010.

Cane’s mobster father has been involved in many underhanded dealings through the years, which made him the most likely suspect, in Jill’s mind, when she noticed a Maldives postmark on an envelope that was connected to the will pages Goddard’s character was given in Las Vegas, Nevada. As is true with Walton, any chance to see Rogers’ consistently outstanding work, is always welcomed.

Y&R Spoilers – Daniel Goddard’s Final Scenes Approaching

At least for now, Goddard will be working his final scenes with Rodgers. The surprise end of Goddard’s long run on the show, which began in 2007, became public knowledge last month. So, it appears as though viewers will see Cane for the last time before year’s end.

A longtime fan favorite, Goddard embodied a character who was initially like the one Rogers plays. Cane arrived from Australia pretending to be Jill’s child, presenting a switched at birth story that was concocted through his connection with Phillip Chancellor III (Thom Bierdz). So, it’s fitting that Phillip Chancellor IV, with Chance being his nickname, bookends Cane’s time in GC.

Here’s hoping that Goddard is inked to at least a recurring contract in the near future, or returns full-time again some day.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Hamilton Must Know The Truth

Devon told Chance that he can’t reverse the major life decision he just made, in choosing to give Cane the fortune Katherine left him in 2013. However, it would seem that if Cane learns he never was the ‘Grande Dame’s’ heir, then the money will stay with her grandson.

The past year-plus has been very rough for Devon. He didn’t need a confrontation with his ex-brother-in-law, but has one.

Devon and the audience will soon know the truth. Of all people, Colin appears to be the one who will tell it.

      I hope the writers have seriously considered Cane’s exit. If they even think there is a slight chance they might want him to show up in the future don’t kill him off. If they do kill him let him stay dead. These stupid lookalikes from the dead are boring and insulting to fans. They are not entertaining just desperate and pathetic.

      This whole will is bs you cannot contest a will after 6yrs.Devon is really dumb he should have got his own lawyer to look into this whole fiasco.Devon will get his money back eventually. What are the writers thinking let’s get this over and done with.Take Theo with Cane when he leaves.Cane could have stayed and had a storyline and Theo could have gone with Ashley to Paris. Ms Mergeron Jack’s mother was quite the lady who bore children but never stuck around to care for them.Jack just really opened a can of worms.And poor Kyle he is in for a really

      Would someone tell me how is Theo related to the Abbotts? Dina was in high school. Not not married to John. It is Dina’s child (whatever her maiden name is). And Brooks. Not Abbott. So why would he be entitled to anything the Abbotts have.
