Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) is convinced that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) faked her breakdown. He asks Chloe to help him prove it. However, could this also mean bad news for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)?

Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor gave Chelsea an ultimatum. He already knew that she wouldn’t want to do it for fear of going to prison. He already arranged for a doctor to be at the house to “verify” Chelsea’s breakdown. It all went smoothly enough and Chelsea acted shocked when Rey walked in. Then, just like an actress on cue, Chelsea had a complete breakdown right in front of Rey. A deal was made but Rey isn’t convinced that Chelsea is really having a stroke-related meltdown.

Y&R Spoilers – Chloe Mitchell Confesses

Rey will question Chloe, who fears that her part in Chelsea’s scheme will be uncovered. She doesn’t want to lose her children. She has made that clear from day one. With Chelsea in the psychiatric hospital, Chloe has no way of knowing what’s really going on. Chloe needs to protect herself and she feels that it would fare better for her to just confess the truth. It would serve her better than for to be proven to have lied later on.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Rey is convinced that Chelsea’s breakdown was just another act. He’s determined to prove it but can’t do it by himself. He gets the idea that he might be able to help Chloe keep her family and life intact, but only if she helps him. He asks her to help him prove that Chelsea’s breakdown was fake. She will have a decision to make and it won’t be an easy one.

Y&R Spoilers – Double-Crossing BFF?

Even though Chloe and Chelsea are friends, it’s a complicated and uneven friendship. Chelsea wasn’t upfront or honest with Chloe from the beginning. So, Chloe got roped into the poisoned cop scheme after it was already said and done. It was understandable that Chloe completely freaked out. After all, this wasn’t a harmless con. This was the attempted murder of a law enforcement officer.

Plus, Chloe has said repeatedly that she can’t lose her children. Rey will use this angle to get Chloe to switch sides. However, will Chelsea really be fooled or will she already predict Rey targeting Chloe to get to her? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap to find out what happens next.
