The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Could Seth Be Cole Howard’s Father, Working With Jordan?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and rumors tease Seth (Brian Gaskill) Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) AA sponsor could have been planted by Jordan (Colleen Zenk). He also could be a long ago family contact because of being Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) real birth father.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Once Thought Cole Howard Was His

Cole’s mother, Eve Howard (Margaret Mason) was obsessed with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and had him convinced her son Cole was his. Victor paid for Cole’s schooling and later hired him to work on the ranch, after it was discovered the paternity test was rigged.

Cole’s true father was assumed to be Rick Daros (Randy Holland) but that was never proven either-Rick was a former lover of Nikki who later became involved with Eve.

When Nikki was involved with Rick, she was pregnant with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) so the timeline really doesn’t fit for Rick to be Cole’s father. Victoria was born in 1982 and Cole was born in 1980, so someone else had to have been his father-Eve and Victor’s affair was in 1980.

Y & R Spoilers – Seth Has Been In Town For Awhile

Nikki mentioned to Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) that Seth had been in town for a while and she’d gotten to know him through Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

Even though she had been sober for years, prior to her kidnapping AA teaches an alcoholic is always “recovering” and always needs that support to stay sober.

He indicated that he’d been calling her not that she chose him, when she first came back from Oregon, and then after her second kidnapping to the fishing cabin.

It seemed that he appeared when Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) disappeared, and then reappeared prior to luring Nikki to the cabin where she’d also kidnapped Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).

Now, whether Seth even knows Cole might be his child is questionable, since Eve was so deceptive-but he definitely seemed off when he saw Nikki with Lauren.

Could that be because Lauren may have known him or of him in the past, and was afraid she’d recognize who he really is?

He could also be nervous knowing she’s married to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) who also may have known him in the past.

Seth may be playing a part just like Claire was and be working with Jordan to continue to take Nikki down and through her, Victor. If he is Cole’s real birth father, it’s likely only a connection that he doesn’t even know about, but it’s his connection to Jordan.
