Y&R spoilers reveal that Mariah remains a hostage. She doesn’t know who is holding her hostage or why. She does get her basic needs met for survival, but that’s the extent of it. Once she realized there was a surveillance camera in the room, Mariah covered it up. She figured that someone would come into her room to see why the feed wasn’t working. However, nobody has arrived and she wonders if anyone ever will come to her rescue.

One of the things that is driving Mariah up the wall is that she has no one to talk to. She has four bare walls and nothing more. She can’t even talk or reason with her captor. Mariah has tried to stay level-headed by talking to her baby bump. However, now she is starting to have nightmares about Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Mariah is starting to lose it a little bit. The longer that she remains in captivity, the more unglued she becomes. Mariah is starting to wonder if she will ever be rescued or find a way out of her situation. She doesn’t even know what the captor wants, which is frustrating her even more. Then, her thoughts get even more depressing when she realizes that she might give birth in captivity.

Y&R Spoilers – Delivery Concern

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest about the storyline, Grimes explained what is going through Mariah’s mind.

“That [giving birth in captivity] wasn’t her initial fear, but as this drags on and she’s aware how far along she is, delivering the baby by herself becomes a real concern and fear for her. She can’t help but come to that conclusion because of the scenario she’s in. Nobody’s come to reveal themselves, there is no communication whatsoever, so she’s starting to feel desperate, will she be strong enough to deal with the challenges ahead?”

Grimes confirmed that Mariah is really starting to lose her mind. Will she be able to hold on and stay sane until she is rescued? Or will she be a mental mess by the time she is found?

      I am wondering what the hold-up on looking for Miriah. They are worried but knowone is making any moves to look for her. What is wrong with them? They sure put everyone on other storylines, this will be a good one if they look for her. Miriah and baby are at risk. Things do not add up. Sharon you need to start your own investation, with or without help.Seems they are not interested in this hunt. You and Devon need to go hunting. Leave the rest on the porch blaming each other. Why is Nick not helping look for Miriah, does he not have time,to wrapped up in Phyllis mess. Throws a party for her that is crazy when your daughter is missing. You should be ashame not to help Sharon look. I sure will not call him if I found her.
