The Young And The Restless Spoilers reveal that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) is innocent and being set up by Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

However, Sharon has set Daniel up so it looks as though he killed is girlfriend and threw her body in the river. Daniel is determine to prove his innocence and who killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom).

Everyone knows that Sharon hates Daniel for killing her daughter, Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes). However, Cassie as the one driving that night, not Daniel.

However, Sharon still blames Daniel no matter wait and she wants him to put Daniel where he belongs, Sharon was there to kill Daniel that night, not Heather.

Summer thought that with Chance being her boyfriend, he would try to help her bother but that hasn’t been the case.

Chance says he has to do this by the book and with Daniel being the only suspect, the case is technically closed. Just Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) suspects Sharon. Phyllis has even shared why she believes this.

Summer is furious that Chance isn’t listen to her mother. Phyllis knows Sharon better than anyone else, including Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

Nick may have been married to Sharon but he also coddles her. Nick just cannot see the dangerous side of Sharon and refuses to believe there is one. Chance dated her and he feels that same.

Summer has already confided in Kyle and they have realize they can get along now. Summer and Kyle got closer sharing a drink after trick or treat with their son.
