The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Devon Puts A Stop To Tucker’s Devious Plans

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) revealed an intriguing step in his plan to take Jabot. But what he told Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) does not square with one of his two originally stated goals. As the audience recalls, Tucker returned to Genoa City, Wisconsin, after spending many years attempting to find himself. That old-school term, dating back decades, still applies to those in this soapy world who are self-involved but also, more compassionately speaking, need the help of others.

Tucker believes in himself. He sees life as a series of win-it games, with the impact on people’s lives representing collateral damage, as old warriors have long believed when risking the lives of their troops but never their own.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Audra Charles Is A Confidant

Audra is not someone Tucker loves. However, he certainly finds her physically appealing and believes she is a younger version of himself in many ways.

She has a connection to Tucker that began years before she arrived in GC. Their business connection at McCall Unlimited was her ticket to rise in his corporation, and included a romantic relationship with him, though that was and remains transactional.

Tucker must believe that telling Audra he knows the Abbotts will see through his embezzlement hoax was curious. He claimed it was a diversion and that the heads of Jabot would never see what was coming next.

Y&R Spoilers – Billy Abbott Confronts His Nemesis

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) does not loathe Tucker as much as someone like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). But Billy does deeply distrust Tucker, as he would anyone who hurts those he cares about.

Tucker acted surprised when Billy arrived unannounced at his GC Athletic Club suite. His demeanor changed when Billy referenced the emails about the scandal Tucker covered up at McCall Unlimited.

St. John’s character sees himself as bulletproof, but he is not. That is a defense mechanism, which Audra alluded to during their frank discussion about Ashley Abbott McCall (Eileen Davidson) at Crimson Lights.

The problem with Tucker’s revenge plan, no matter what it may be in totality is not whether it succeeds. It could be that he wants to take control of Jabot and then ask Ashley to run it to prove to her that Simply Ashley can work.

Alternatively, he has told the truth to Audra and wants to hurt the Abbott family because they took away something precious from him, meaning the company he sold. But in whatever instance, Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) will learn what is happening.

Why risk the relationship he has developed with Devon, which has not been linear, to say the least, and risk losing the ability to see his grandson, Dominic Newman Abbott Winters Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) because he wants to strike back at Ashley, the Abbotts, or both?

Tucker is reckless and self-destructive. So, an increasing number of GC residents recognize that Tucker did himself when he left town, and that person is still broken on Y&R.
