Speaking to Daytime Confidential, actress Eileen Davidson couldn’t say too much about the storyline. However, she seemed excited when talking about it. She told the publication,

“Dina’s past never ceases to put us on guard. We’re always trepidatious about what we might find!”

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Abbott Family Bonding Scenes Teased

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that head writer Josh Griffin told TV Insider that the Abbott children solving another mystery will be their final gift to Dina. He also explained that the trio working together on the new mystery creates a “terrific family bonding story.”

Speaking of the Abbott family and bonding, Davidson told Daytime Confidentiality that the new social distancing rules make it challenging for Abbott family scenes. As fans know, they are very close and tend to be touchy-feeling. The actress explained that keeping their distance is difficult. However, it seems that they do have a way to portray “distanced intimacy.” Davidson said, “We like each other a lot off-camera so we do always play that intimacy.”

The soap veteran and fan-favorite were asked if she would consider coming back to Y&R full-time. We know she juggles a lot of different projects, including Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Even though she loves her CBS soap family, she isn’t interested in coming back full-time. She explained, “I’m so happy with how things are right now. I have no idea what that would look like!”
