This must have something to do with Billy’s fractured relationship with Lily. It seems these two just aren’t meant to be together anymore.  It also might have to do with Billy’s dynamic with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Perhaps Billy will take more steps to help Chelsea’s mental state.
