‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Friday, January 9: Nick’s Medical Complication, Jack’s Life-Saving Offer, Phyllis Pressure

The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for Friday, January 9, 2026! In tomorrow’s episode, fans can expect Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to face some kind of complication in his recovery.

Nick Newman’s Complication

Fans know that Nick is in the hospital following his car crash with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Nick has a broken leg and required surgery. However, there will be some kind of complication or setback in Nick’s recovery.

Of course, this could just have Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) taking care of Nick, closening their bond.

Jack Abbott’s Hostage

Over with Jack, he has Matt thanks to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Jack and Kyle will escort Matt to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) ranch.

Jack and Kyle will be hoping to make a deal to save Jabot. However, Victor has broken deals with Victor before.

At the same time, the fact that Jack and Kyle have Matt when the Newman security team couldn’t find him could earn them some points.

After all, Matt has now nearly taken the lives of two of Victor’s loved ones, Nick and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams). So, Victor just might be desperate enough to make a deal.

I could see Victor putting Matt in that homemade prison. While Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) tried to cover up the bricks, Victor could have had it redone since then.

Phyllis Summers Pressure

The Young and the Restless spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will put more pressure on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

While Cane already said he’s not interested in resurrecting Aristotle Duma, Phyllis does have a way to convince people.

Cane has already lost Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and needs something else to focus on.

Billy Abbott Reaches Out

As for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he will reach out to Phyllis soon enough. However, what will Phyllis’ role be in all of this? What does the future hold for Jabot as well as Newman Enterprises?

Holden Novak’s Reboot

Finally, there is Holden Novak (Nathan Owens), who agrees to a fresh start with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Holden seems to know Audra very well and knows she actually does have a heart. Are Holden and Audra destined to become even closer?
